PREDICTED RANGERS LINEUP AS RAMSEY IS EXPECTED TO START

The Ibrox side' travel to Portugal for their blockbuster for their Europa League quarter final first leg. Determined Rangers are aiming for an instant rebound against Braga after their day to forget against Celtic on Sunday.
Rangers face an uphill battle to regain their Premiership title but still harbour real ambitions of a season for the ages in Europe. Gio van Bronckhorst 's side are without Alfredo Morelos for the rest of the season and Ianis Hagi remain on the sidelines despite encouraging news regarding his recovery from a knee injury.

Rising academy star Alex Lowry, a player many among the support believe should be given a first team run, is also absent for the encounter with Braga. Van Bronckhorst has options to tweak his line-up and that could mean a return to the starting XI for Glen Kamara.

Predicted Rangers XI
The 3-5-2 has served Rangers well in Europe but Joe Aribo could drop to the bench and that would allow Kamara to return to the heart of the midfield. Impressive John Lundstram has excelled as an auxiliary central defender and he could drop back to join Leon Balogun and Connor Goldson in a back three.
Provisional Rangers squad
Allan McGregor
Jon McLaughlin
Robby McCrorie
James Tavernier
Connor Goldson
Calvin Bassey
Leon King
Borna Barisic
Glen Kamara
James Sands
John Lundstram
Ryan Jack
Aaron Ramsey

It remains to be seen if the Gers can transform their desperation for a bounce-back to a victory against their opponents in their next fixture in Europe as they look to secure a morale-boosting first-leg win against their Portuguese counterparts in a bid to stand a chance to qualify for the next round of the competition ahead of the second leg which will be played on their home ground.
