Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey has been named in the best Arsenal XI by former Gunners teammate Mesut Ozil. It's not surprising that Aaron Ramsey has made the team. German player Ozil was asked about the best XI that he played with at Arsenal during a Twitter Question and Answer session. Aaron Ramsey made the cut in midfield as revealed by Mesut Ozil. German World Cup winner Mesut Ozilwas active on social media in his last months as an Arsenal player after the creative midfielder was frozen out of the team by Gunners manager Mikel Arteta.

Mesut Ozil didn’t play for Arsenal in his last ten months as a Gunner before the Turkish-born ex-German international left Arsenal to join Fenerbahce in the Turkish Super League after his contract at Arsenal was terminated. Mesut Ozil had six months on his contract with the Gunners before it was terminated.

On his best Arsenal XI, Mesut Ozil named himself in midfield alongside Juventus player Aaron Ramsey and Santi Cazorla. In his attack, he had current Gunners skipper Pierre-EmerickAubameyang, Bayern Munich attacker Serge Gnabry and Inter Milan player Alexis Sanchez. Mesut Ozil and SeadKolasinac are friends off the pitch and the Bosnian was named as the left-back in his starting XI.

SeadKolasinac is joined in defence by the trio of Laurent Koscielny, Per Metersacker and BacarySagna. Ex-Arsenal skipper Laurent Koscielny plays his club football for Bordeaux in the French Ligue these days, while the duo of Sagna and Metersacker have retired from professional football. Per Metersacker was an Arsenal centre back and the German was named the Academy director shortly after he announced his retirement. The quartet of Laurent Koscielny, BacarySagna, SeadKolasinac and Per Metersacker were named as defenders in front of Colombian shot stopper David Ospina who's a Napoli player.
